Shoot Day Prep
A little prep makes a huge difference in how your listing photographs. Use this room-by-room guide before our team arrives โ your shoot will go smoother, your sellers will feel taken care of, and your photos will turn out their best.
"The cleanest, brightest version of a home is the version that sells. Every minute spent prepping pays back tenfold in showings."
Turn on every lamp, ceiling light, and under-cabinet light. Replace any burnt-out bulbs (matching color temperature is a bonus).
Open every blind and curtain. Natural light is the secret to magazine-quality interior photos.
Move vehicles off the driveway and out from in front of the house. Aerials and exteriors look best with a clean approach.
Crate or remove pets, hide food and water bowls, litter boxes, beds, and toys. Buyers are looking for "their" home, not yours.

A Few Quick Don'ts
Family pictures, kid art, and diplomas pull buyers out of the fantasy of "this could be my home." Pack them away just for shoot day โ and the showings that follow.
Less is more. A single styled bowl beats five small accents. If you're unsure, take it off the counter โ we'll add a touch back if needed.
Toilet seats, floor mats, dog bowls, light switches mid-flip โ these are the details we can't easily fix in post. Walk every room one more time before we arrive.
We're happy to walk through prep with you ahead of shoot day, or step in to do light staging the morning of. Just let us know in your booking notes.
